Where We Ship
We ship across India and internationally.
Shipping Charges
- Within India: FREE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum order value required.
- International orders: Shipping is chargeable. Rates depend on destination country, weight, and courier partner. Please contact us before placing an international order to get a shipping quote.
How to Place an International Order
For international shipping rates and to place an order, please reach out to us via our Contact page or DM us on Instagram. We will share the shipping cost, delivery timeline, and payment instructions for your specific location.
Delivery Timeline
Domestic (India):
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, and any unforeseen delays (weather, festivals, regional disruptions).
- Remote pincodes may take an additional 2–3 days.
International:
Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier and will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. Typically 7–21 business days depending on the country and customs clearance.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel until it reaches you.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only for domestic (India) orders, where serviceable by our courier partners. International orders must be prepaid in full before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery for COD orders.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or refusal to pay customs duties (international), the order will be returned to us. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders: a refund will be issued minus shipping charges (both ways for international).
- For COD orders: the order will be marked as undelivered and may not be re-shipped.
Damaged or Lost Parcels in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy — the 24-hour unboxing video requirement applies to both domestic and international orders.
